Don't waste your time with any other agents, Jessyka is the best in Santa Cruz! We met her at an open house maybe 2-3 years before we were actually ready to buy. Like any business savvy person, she kept in touch and would check back in every so often to see if we were ready to start looking seriously. I think that was the first sign that she is detail oriented and has great follow up skills.

She was always quick to respond even in the evenings. She is very knowledgeable about the community and various neighborhoods. She was always available when we needed her and we never felt pressured into anything we didn't want for the sake of a sale. She truly shined during negotiations, getting our under asking offer accepted over two other offers. She truly cares about her clients and wants to help them find the best home for their needs.

I am a native Santa Cruz'n. I have been so blessed that I have been able to make multiple home purchases, 6 to be exact. Over the last 25 years I have dealt with many agents. All have various strengths in negotiation, the market, loans, city ordinance and policy.

I was so impressed with Jessyka's approach. She met up with my wife and I to discuss strategy; where we wanted to buy, if we would be selling our current home, timing etc. I had a "feeling" that she was really into helping us find our dream home.

Jessyka was no pressure from the beginning, she basically let us call the shots with her wise input that helped us make the right decisions throughout the process. She did an excellent job with the negotiations with the potential buyers that helped us achieve our desired outcome. She always had a positive attitude and a great smile. She was very professional and we were always in good hands. She also went above and beyond many times: supplying us with a nice mattress to sleep on while we worked on the house, cleaning our patio, watering our plants, managing our garbage cans, etc. due to the fact that we lived out of the area.
